GERRY McATEER
Gerry McAteer is the Associate Artistic Director of Vancouver TheatreSports® League. In his career as a workshop facilitator, Gerry has taught well over one thousand workshops to many and varied participants, ranging from 5 to 85 years
of age. His teaching was highlighted in Flare Magazine as one of the most effective self-realization programs in Canada. Gerry has a holistic approach to improvisation and his working vernacular in the field is second to none.
Gerry has worked as a performer, writer, director and producer with Vancouver
TheatreSports® League since 1980. He holds the distinction of having performed on six world champion improv teams. Gerry has developed his understanding of improvisation as both an art form and a life philosophy and is respected
around the world for his improv expertise.
