ITA MARGALIT
Ita Margalit has been with Vancouver TheatreSports® League since 1989 and was the principal researcher and co-designer of the VTS Training
corporate programs. She has an MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences/Organizational Development and a BA in Communication Arts.
For 20 years, Ita has successfully combined the arts and business in her roles as educator, manager, counselor and performer. Using an experiential-based teaching approach, she has assisted Vancouver based organizations
in managing diversity and change. Presently, Ita is with the Ministry Responsible for Multiculturalism and Immigration and is responsible for organizational development and training issues for over 75 non-government, public and private organizations across the province.
