ALISDAIR SMITH
Alisdair Smith has nearly 20 years of experience building and maintaining customer relationships in a number of successful, customer driven organizations. For the past ten years, he has skillfully brought that knowledge and experience to individuals and groups across Canada as a trainer and facilitator. Educated at Simon Fraser University, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. He also holds a Diploma in Applied Arts in Media Production from The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He has worked with boards, executives and management teams on governance, organizational design, management and leadership, coaching creativity and team building.
