Teaching Management System (TMS) keeps AFS Consultants up to speed

AFS Consultants' robust TMS allows us to keep pace with the rapid changes in documentation. The recent publication in December 2012 of IALA Guideline 1089 On provision of VTS types of service and the triennial updating of the UK Port Marine Safety Code (PMSC) also in December 2012, were both captured by our TMS. Our teaching material was revised and updated to reflect the relevant changes.
