May 2017 - PLA reaches MOU for VTS Training with AFS

Following talks at the Port of London (PLA) a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been reached between PLA & AFS for the latter to deliver IALA V103 Training Courses at the Gravesend. The PLA, which has UK Maritime and Coastguard Authourity accreditation to deliver the full range of IALA VTS training courses at their London training centre has chosen AFS Consultants to continue the provision of the training from mid 2017. AFS will also provide other local training for PLA staff involved in traffic management under the arrangement.
