Online delivery of "An Introduction to VTS" course for pilots

Captain Frank Walker delivered a course to PD Ports (Tees) pilots which was to give them a better understanding of the role of VTS operators and how as a team exchanging information, the port is a safer environment.

The course was titled "An introduction to and working with VTS".
